Welcome to Card Toys. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They’re short and meant to be plain.
What you’re getting
Card Toys is provided as is, free of charge, for personal entertainment. There are no accounts, no purchases, no subscriptions. The site may change, get new games, lose old ones, or go offline at any time without notice.
What you can do
Play. Share links. Play one more hand. Embed a game in a personal page if you like - just don’t claim it as your own.
What you can’t do
- Don’t try to break the site for other people: no scraping at scale, no DDoS, no abuse of any backend services hosting the assets.
- Don’t repackage the site or its code as a commercial product. The card rendering, theming, and game modules here are part of Tom’s Toybox; they’re not licensed for resale.
- Don’t bring your own gambling. Card Toys is for entertainment only - no real money, no wagers.
No warranty, no liability
The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We can’t promise it works on every device, every browser, or every network. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising out of using or not being able to use the site - including the time you lost to “just one more game” of Klondike.
Third-party content
CC0 textures and HDRIs from Poly Haven are used under their public-domain dedication. Public-domain card art from Vector Playing Cards by Adrian Kennard. External links (rules references, etc.) are governed by those sites’ own terms.
